Dr Payne Presents Urogynecology Course in Mekelle, Ethiopia

Dr. Payne is part of an international faculty presenting a course on Urogynecology in Mekelle, Ethiopia.  The three institutions attending are working together to establish the first such subspecialty training program in the country.
